We visited for lunch on a Sunday. There’s a small car park near by. Food was great and very reasonably priced. Home made food with a nice variety panini’s, soups, baked potatoes, fish, mince and tatties, burgers etc. Could not fault the service we received from the waitresses. All round a nice experience and will return.
We were here for Sunday lunch. The restaurant was busy but we were greeted immediately in a polite and friendly manner. There was an excellent choice of dishes including starters mains and desserts. In addition there was a specials board on the table. The food was excellent and couldn't be faulted. The cost was extremely competitive. I would highly recommend a visit to Morris's Hotel & Restaurants.
A return to this restaurant for birthday lunch on a busy Sunday. There were 16 of us, 12 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of choice, and everyone left very happy. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I'm sure we will be back again.
Lovely waitress, service and food. Such a lovely cosy place to have a meal.
We went here for an evening meal as a birthday celebration. The food was amazing and they serve very generous portions. Staff were really friendly and kind... They wished the birthday boy a happy birthday too! Good quality, fresh food with reasonable prices all round. Lots to choose from such as traditional pub grub to salads and curry. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be back again. Thank you!
Nice bar and restaurant in the small village. Good place to start or end a tour at the distillery.
This wasn’t a Hilton and is not intended to be one. For a small county inn, it was a fantastic stay. Our room (the flat) was clean and all the enmities we wanted. The meals were excellent and the evening in the cozy pub with locals and other travels was good fun. Robin looked after all the details to make it a memorable stay.
Fantastic friendly staff to make you feel at home in both Jocks Bar as well as the restaurant. Fantastic and varied selection of local scotch, as well as beer including multiple real and pale ales, as well as a wide variety of gins. The menus are uncomplicated but full of flavour and wholesome food. Brilliant wee spot@
